I'm exploring creating a school holiday program for teens aged 12–16 focused on emotional resilience, leadership and connection.
Before building the program, I'm gathering input from parents to understand what teens genuinely need today.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Many teenagers today are navigating:
A lack of real-world life skills and emotional education
Too much screen time
Low confidence and social stress
Disconnection from their bodies and the natural world
Yet most of the tools that actually help — emotional resilience, body awareness, confidence and real-world skills — are rarely taught.
This program idea is about creating a space where teens can develop those skills in a fun, supportive and practical environment.
Before building it, I want to hear directly from parents about what would genuinely support their teens.

ABOUT THE CREATOR
This program concept is being developed by Callum Fox, a bodyworker and facilitator focused on movement, nervous system health, and human development.
With a deep understanding of how the body and mind work together, Callum is passionate about creating spaces where young people can develop real-world resilience, confidence, and connection — skills that are rarely taught but deeply needed.

If you're a parent of a teen aged 12–16, I'd love your input.
The survey takes around 2 minutes and will help determine whether this program moves forward.
