My Journey...

As a former Cavalry Officer in the Australian Army, my life was once governed by strict discipline and control. However, a yearning for deeper fulfillment set me on a journey of self-discovery—beginning at the age of 15 in New Zealand with the Landmark Forum Curriculum, which ignited my passion for personal development and my curiosity about what I didn't know that I didn't know.

In 2015, I delved into the transformative world of Tony Robbins, investing over half a decade in his programs. These experiences brought profound changes to my life—from walking on fire to capitalizing on significant investment opportunities, and most importantly, building some truly meaningful connections.

By 2017, I had deepened my transformation journey with Dr. Joe Dispenza, attending his advanced workshop on the Sunshine Coast in 2018. It opened my eyes to spontaneous remissions through quantum healing and the realization that we can reinvent ourselves, as all possibilities exist in the present moment. The innate intelligence, subconscious mind, or spiritual nature is far greater than any pill, therapy, or treatment—it is simply waiting for our permission to willfully act.

That same year marked the beginning of my shamanic journey. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to sit with shamans from Peru, Poland, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, the USA, Canada, and Australia. These encounters opened my eyes to ancient wisdom, unity consciousness, and profound healing. An Indian spiritual mentor introduced me to the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, and my yoga path began at a Shivananda ashram in London—evolving over the years to include styles such as Yin, Iyengar, and Ashtanga.

Inspired by the principles in Michael Singer's The Surrender Experiment, I transitioned out of my military career and began to learn how to trust and follow the flow of life. My adventure began with six months of backpacking and salsa dancing through South America and Cuba, followed by three years of house-sitting across the UK and Europe while building an online natural health education platform and discovering some of the world’s hidden gems.

As my European chapter came to a close, I relocated to the lush jungle of Costa Rica after receiving three separate invitations within a month. There, I immersed myself in deep healing work, participating in various plant medicine ceremonies that revealed and released long-held traumas. This journey was complemented by a lifestyle in harmony with nature—finding solace in simplicity, the present moment, and regular showers in the rain or at my local waterfall.

In Costa Rica, I also discovered the transformative power of Structural Integration—a form of deep tissue therapy that addresses and liberates emotional and core traumas stored within the fascia. I trained under a 30-year master and later studied with Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains, blending their teachings with my own intuitive insight into a healing practice I offered over the next three years.

Since 2017, I’ve balanced the roles of owner and operator of my own businesses while living a life of exploration and embodied curiosity. Some of my favorite adventures include summiting Huayna Potosí in Bolivia, hiking the Kokoda Trail in Papua New Guinea, scuba diving in Cuba, multi-pitch rock climbing at Mount Arapiles in Victoria, trail running in Switzerland, and backcountry skiing in Japan.

Music has always been a deep passion of mine. I’ve played piano since the age of two and was awarded most promising pianist under 19 in New Zealand at age seven. I drummed in a primary school rock band called the Pink Minis and later attended Scots College in Wellington on a music scholarship. I also play the djembe, didgeridoo, and have facilitated sound healings, ecstatic dances (a sacred form of dancing without booze, phones, or talking), and have DJ’d at festivals, nightclubs, and events for over a decade.

Fitness is woven into the fabric of my being. I’ve competed at a national level in road cycling, cross-country and downhill mountain biking, and duathlon in New Zealand, and rowed at an A-level for Scotch College, Adelaide. While completing my tertiary studies at the military academy, I served as the head trainer at CrossFit ADFA. Skiing, however, remains my favorite sport, and I was fortunate enough to compete in downhill skiing for the Australian Army Ski Team.

Relationships have also profoundly shaped me. While I’ve never been married, I’ve experienced three relationships that felt like sacred unions—each offering immense growth and valuable life lessons. Along my travels, I’ve also had a few shorter, yet deeply magical and pivotal loves that enriched my journey. These experiences taught me the importance of curiosity, softness, kindness, and radical vulnerability—and I continue to deepen my embodiment of unconditional love without attachment.

In January 2025, life cracked me open again—quite literally. I was struck in a devastating cycling accident that broke my back including 11 vertebrae fractures, 10 ribs, both collarbones and scapulars and punctured my left lung. What followed was a radical rebirth. Nine weeks later, I ran 3 kilometers pain free—not out of obligation, but from a soul-deep knowing that the body can regenerate when held with intention, surrender, and will. This journey reminded me that healing isn’t linear—it’s quantum.

Now back in Australia, I’m anchoring the wisdom of my adventures into offerings that help others reconnect to their bodies, unlock their gifts, and live a life that feels true. Whether through bodywork, somatic coaching, ceremony, or deep presence, I serve as a bridge between the seen and unseen—between the pain of the past and the potential of the present.

I am a Leo Sun, Capricorn Rising, Pisces Moon, and a Life Path 9 in numerology—driven by compassion, artistic flair, and a desire to serve humanity.
