To ensure top-quality service we have established the following terms and conditions. By booking a session or purchasing a gift voucher with Health and Vitality, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

General:

1 - Health and Vitality offers professional, transformational bodywork and coaching services. Adult services are not provided. Health and Vitality reserves the right to adjust prices and services without prior notice.

Bookings, Payments, and Deposits:

2 - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations & Changes to Appointments:

3.1 - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel your appointment prior to the 24-hour notice period, the full value of your booked service will be credited to you in the form of a Health and Vitality gift voucher, emailed within one (1) working day of the cancellation.

3.2 - Please note: We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments.

3.3 - Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee (of the booked service). The remaining balance will be credited to you as a Health and Vitality gift voucher, subject to Condition 3.4 (below), and emailed within one (1) working day of the cancellation.

3.4 - No-shows or cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Any changes or cancellations to bookings must be communicated via telephone or email.

If Your Therapist is Delayed:

4 - Therapists aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to set up equipment and ensure punctuality. While every effort is made to accommodate travel time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your therapist is delayed, you will be notified via telephone, and every effort will be made to maintain the scheduled duration of your massage. If the length is impacted, a complimentary gift voucher equivalent to the affected booking's value will be offered.

If You Are Running Late:

5.1 - Please inform us by telephone as soon as possible if you anticipate being late or unable to start your massage at the arranged time. We will do our best to accommodate you.

5.2 - Please note that due to scheduling constraints, your therapist may still need to conclude your massage at the scheduled finish time.

5.3 - If your therapist arrives at the designated property and finds no one present, they will wait for 10 minutes past the scheduled start time of your massage. Failure to arrive within this timeframe without prior notification will be considered a no-show, incurring a 100% cancellation fee.

Gift Vouchers:

6 - Certificates are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if unused.

Personal Conduct:

7.1 - We recommend not wearing underwear during the session to facilitate the process. However, please feel free to choose what makes you most comfortable, and we will ensure your preferences are respected throughout the session.

7.2 - Therapists reserve the right to terminate the massage and leave immediately in case of any form of harassment—physical, sexual, or verbal.

7.3 - Towel draping will be used to respect your privacy during the massage, uncovering only the area being worked on. If you feel uncomfortable or require specific attention during your massage, please notify your therapist immediately.

7.4 - If you prefer more or less pressure during your massage or need any other accommodations, please inform your therapist promptly, and they will do their best to accommodate your request.

Health Conditions:

8.1 - Please inform us of any special health conditions or medications when scheduling your appointment, as they may affect your treatment. If you experience any of the following, we strongly advise consulting your doctor before your treatment to obtain their approval: high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, physical ailments, surgery, pregnancy, or any other medical conditions.

8.2 - It is essential to inform us if you have any of the following symptoms or conditions: Nausea, Low Blood Pressure, High Blood Pressure, Haemorrhoids, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), Eclampsia, Abdominal Cramping, Placenta Praevia, Diabetes.

11 - We prioritize resolving any matters amicably and collaboratively outside of the court system. However, if necessary, you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia for any unresolved issues.
